| Plot | Arthur Bishop is a precision instrument living inside a code no institution wrote for him. His detachment is total; every human contact is a transaction, even intimacy. When Harry McKenna's funeral drops Steve into his orbit, Bishop sees something recognizable and makes the fatal miscalculation of treating recognition as safety.
